After a leisurely breakfast, set off to the Sigiriya, en route visit Ridi Viharaya or the Silver Temple in Kurunagala, was built at the place where silver ore was found, that was made used to build Ruwanweli Dageba at Anuradhapura by King Dutugemunu during his reign. Ridi Vihara is an important Raja Maha Vihara belonging to the Cultural Triangle. Historical Data on this Monastery complex is found in some Caves written in Brahmin Inscriptions. Afterwards visit Ibbankatuwa Megalithic Tombs. One of the more overlooked ruins of the town of Dambulla is the Ibbankatuwa Megalithic Tombs. These tombs are believed to be the place in which many of the prehistoric inhabitants would bury their dead. Check into the hotel. Evening at leisure in the hotel and stay overnight in Sigiriya

After breakfast, leave for Polonnaruwa. Do a sightseeing tour in ancient city Polonnaruwa (11th Century AD), visit the many sites of archaeological and historical interest in the Sacred City including the Grate Statue, Quadrangle, Royal Palace, Gal Viharaya, Kumara and Lotus Ponds, Thiwanka Image House and many more. And see the one of the country’s biggest water reservoir Parakrama Samudraya. In the evening leave for Minneriya, Minneriya National Park is a small but popular wildlife park home to a wide range of Sri Lanka’s wildlife. It is also the site of the world-renowned wildlife event ‘The Elephant Gathering’. Overnight stay in Sigiriya.

Breakfast at hotel. Afterwards proceed to Kandy. On the way visit Dambulla Rock Cave Temple, Dambulla Cave Temple, also known as the Golden Temple of Dambulla. The largest and best-preserved cave temple complex in Sri Lanka, the rock from which the caves were carved towers 160 meters (520 ft) over the surrounding plains. A total of 153 Buddha statues, three statues of Sri Lankan kings and four statues of gods and goddesses also stand in the site. Visit Gedige at Nalanda one of the remarkable archaeological sites in Sri Lanka & enjoying the Spice garden at Matale and take part in a conducted tour to get some knowledge about the growth and use of spices in the day to day life. Breakfast at the hotel. Visit Royal Botanical Gardens Peradeniya. Leave for Nuwara eliya, travel to the heart of the country at the highest elevation to reach the rolling clouds above you. Nicknamed “Little England”, Nuwara Eliya harbors many British colonial buildings and architectural wonders to be christened so. See the mountains covered with tea bushes and cascading waterfalls. Breakfast at the hotel. (optional) Make a scenic train ride from Nuwara eliya to Ella. Visit Nine Arches Bridge. It is one of the best examples of colonial-era railway construction in the country. Its most famous residents include the world's largest concentration of leopards, majestic elephants, sloth bears, sambars, jackals, spotted dogs, peacocks, crocodiles and wild buffaloes.
